7 Days Fascinating Assam Meghalaya Tour Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival at Guwahati- Short Shillong Tour
- Arriving at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted before being driven to Shillong.
- On the way, you can catch the site of the enchantingly mannered Barapani aka Umiam Lake, Don Bosco Museum showcasing the best artifacts, cultural clothing and native tools of Shillong.
- Also witness the breathtaking Lake of Ward's and Lady Hydari Park which is a water present and partial zoo.
- Evenings can be utilized to explore the surroundings so shopping at the Police Bazar would be fun and worthwhile.
- Later check in at your accommodation in Shillong.

Day 2 : Outing to Mawlynnong and Dawki
- Get through with breakfast and be ready by 8AM for the mesmerizing one day tour to Mawlynnong and Dawki.
- You will be witnessing the Living Root Bridge formed by tangling the roots of plants, nature's wonder- the Balancing Rock.
- Next stop would be the visit to the greenest place chosen as Asia's cleanest village by 'Discover India Magazine' - Mawlynnong Village.
- Another spot would be Dawki, catching sight of the ultimate Dawkee Bridge and the River Boating in the enthralling see through glass like Umngot River aka Dawki River.
- Visit to the Bangladesh Border would be the last spot for the day.

Day 3 : Expedition to Cherrapunjee
- After breakfast, get all set to take a day trip to Cherrapunjee, the world's wettest place.
- Stop to capture the sight of a group of vintage aircrafts in the Air Force Museum along with the peaceful Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama.
- Next visit would be to the spectacular Falls of Cherrapunjee namely the Nohsngithiang Falls(Seven Sisters Falls), Wah Kaba Falls and Nohkalikai Falls.
- Then, take a relaxing walk within the limestone cave- Mawsmai Cave and the Eco Park.
- Return back to the hotel at Cherrapunjee, where you will spend the night.

Day 4 : Cherrapunjee to Kaziranga Tour
- Check out from the hotel after breakfast and leave for Kaziranga through Kolia Bhomora Setu.
- On the way, you can enjoy the Brahmaputra Cruise and the Dolphin sight seeing on the bridge.
- Then stop straight at the Kaziranga Wildlife Sanctuary, exploring the nature's gateways.
- Evenings could be kept for enjoying the cultural programs amd variety of flower species at the Orchid Park and detouring the local markets.
- Rest and spend the night in the hotel.

Day 5 : Kaziranga Tent Camps and Jungle Safaris
- Check out of the hotel following breakfast.
- Reach to the sight of Tent and after lunch, you can enjoy the jeep safari and witness beautiful bird species and rhino sightings.
- Enjoy the overnight stay at the Tent place.
- NOTE: The Elephant Safari depends on the availability, in that case you would be taken to the Safari via jeep.

Day 6 : Kaziranga to Guwahati
- Leave the Tent Site after morning breakfast and drive straight to Guwahati.
- You are expected to reach by afternoon and can check in to the hotel.
- After lunch and apt rest, you can start with a trip to the city.
- Start with Sankardev Kalakshetra Science Museum that symbolizes diversified ethnic diversity of Assam.
- Located opposite Assam museum is the War Memorial which is a bijou park in Uzan Bazaar. This is staunched for the courageous martyrs who lost their lives for the nation.
- Local markets visit would suffice for the evening along with the sunset or dinner cruise at Alfresco Grand only as per your wish.
- Check in at your hotel in Guwahati.

- Delay in arrival due to many reasons including flight reschedules shall have to inform to us at an earliest and in case of any sightseeing spot missed due to any delay including spending more time in one sightseeing spot, will not be refundable.
- Kajaawa will provide accommodation as per the hotels in the list and in case the listed hotels cannot be provided for any reason like unavailability, scheduled or general maintenance, accident at the hotel, risky road conditions due to bad weather or political disturbance, similar hotels will be provided and you will be informed about the changes in advance.
- In Deluxe and Premium Tour Packages, we will generally arrange Deluxe and Premium Hotels but in interior places, we will arrange Homestays, Guest Houses or Standard Hotels as Deluxe and Premium accommodations may not be available in the interiors for any reason.
- In case of any unforeseen situations which are beyond our control including bad weather conditions, political disturbance etc., we may change your itinerary or dates of travel.
- Travellers may have to bear additional expenses in case of natural calamity including situations like changes in the hotel, changes in tour date etc.
Confirmation Policy
- You have to pay 50% of the total tour cost at the time of booking.
- After paying 50% you will receive an invoice of your payment and also booking confirmation details containing your detailed travel itinerary and hotel information.
Cancellation Policy
- 25% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 30 days before the tour starts.
- 50% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 15-30 days before the tour starts.
- 100% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 0-15 days before the tour starts.
Payment Policy
- 100% of the tour cost has to be paid 1 (one) week before the tour starts.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7(seven) business days in the customer’s bank account.
