7 Days Kaziranga Meghalaya Wildlife Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Guwahati

Arriving at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted before being driven to Shillong.
Check in at your hotel in Guwahati and have a peaceful sleep.

Day 2 : Outing to Shillong

Get through with breakfast and after checking out of the hotel get ready for the mesmerizing one day tour to Shillong.
On the way, you can catch the site of the enchantingly mannered Barapani, Umiam Lake of Shillong.
Check in at your hotel in Shillong.

Day 3 : Expedition to Cherrapunjee

After breakfast, get all set to take a day trip to Cherrapunjee, the world's wettest place.
Stop to capture the sight of Saimika Park, Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls.
Next visit to the spectacular Falls of Cherrapunjee namely the Nohsngithiang Falls(Seven Sisters Falls), Wah Kaba Falls and Nohkalikai Falls.
Then, take a relaxing walk within the limestone cave- Mawsmai Cave and the Eco Park.
Return back to the hotel at Shillong, discovering the Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak on the way.
Later check in at your hotel.

Day 4 : Mawlynnong Village Tour

Following early breakfast, get ready for a drive to the cleanest village i.e. Mawlynnong Village.
See the oldest naturally built Living Root Bridge And the Balancing Rock.
Later, drive to Shillong and check in at your hotel.

Day 5 : Shillong to Kaziranga Visit

Get all ready after breakfast and leave for Kaziranga to explore nature's gateways.
You can check in your hotel and rest till the evening.
Evenings are free for you to explore or relax in your own way.

Day 6 : Exploration of Kaziranga

Get ready for an early Elephant safari for about 1-1.5 hours.
After the safari, get ready for breakfast.
You can take a jeep safari to the Central Range.
Evenings can be made fun by exploring the local markets and the tea regions.
(NOTE: The Elephant Safari depends on the availability, in that case you would be taken to the Safari via jeep.)

You should not consume alcohol or other intoxicants during your tour.
The vehicle allotted for the tour will be available as per the itinerary and not for general disposal.
In the Northeast, generally, vehicles like Sedan do not have carriers. You are advised to carry one bag per person. Kindly give us prior information in case you have more luggage.
Delay in arrival due to many reasons including flight reschedules shall have to inform to us at an earliest and in case of any sightseeing spot missed due to any delay including spending more time in one sightseeing spot, will not be refundable.
Kajaawa will provide accommodation as per the hotels in the list and in case the listed hotels cannot be provided for any reason like unavailability, scheduled or general maintenance, accident at the hotel, risky road conditions due to bad weather or political disturbance, similar hotels will be provided and you will be informed about the changes in advance.
In Deluxe and Premium Tour Packages, we will generally arrange Deluxe and Premium Hotels but in interior places, we will arrange Homestays, Guest Houses or Standard Hotels as Deluxe and Premium accommodations may not be available in the interiors for any reason.
In case of any unforeseen situations which are beyond our control including bad weather conditions, political disturbance etc., we may change your itinerary or dates of travel.
Travellers may have to bear additional expenses in case of natural calamity including situations like changes in the hotel, changes in tour date etc

Confirmation Policy

You have to pay 50% of the total tour cost at the time of booking.
After paying 50% you will receive an invoice of your payment and also booking confirmation details containing your detailed travel itinerary and hotel information.

Cancellation Policy

25% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 30 days before the tour starts.
50% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 15-30 days before the tour starts.
100% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 0-15 days before the tour starts.
