Meghalaya Assam Tour Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival at Guwahati
- You will be received at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station.
- On the way, watch enchantingly mannered Barapani called Umiam Lake, which is the source of hydro-electric energy for Meghalaya, will be seen along the trip.
- You could also visit Ward's Lake and Lady Hydari Park.
- You can spend the evening in leisure and explore some local markets if you wish.
- Check in at your hotel in Shillong.

Day 2 : Outing to Cherrapunjee excursion
- Get through with a heavy breakfast and be ready to travel to the highest altitude and wettest town of Meghalaya- Cherrapunjee.
- On the way, stop at Shillong Peak and Duwan Sing Syiem View Point for a spectacular bird's eye view.
- The Majestic Garden of Caves and the beautiful Elephant Falls, both of which have easy-to-walk steps and chains, would be the next stops.
- We'll continue on to the mysterious Mawsmai Caves, which are constructed of limestone.
- The day's final destination would be Nohkalikai Falls and Seven Sisters Falls, which are known as the world's fourth highest waterfalls.
- Later, drive back to Shillong and check in at your hotel.

Day 3 : Shillong to Kaziranga National Park
- Get ready for an exciting day at the National Park after breakfast.
- You can enjoy a brisk walk for this day exploring the lush green beauty of the park.

Day 4 : Jungle Safari at Kaziranga
- Get set for the early morning ride to Bagori Range via Elephant Safari for about 1-1.5 hours.
- Elephant Safari begins early in the morning.
- After breakfast, get ready to head for the Jeep Safari to witness beautiful bird species and rhino sightings.
- Also it would go through Kathpora and Daphlang.
- After safari, you can enjoy the local gardens and tea places.
- Check in at your hotel in Kaziranga for a restful sleep.

Day 5 : Guwahati trip
- After breakfast and checking out formalities, leave for the beautiful city of Guwahati.
- Reaching Guwahati, you can begin by visiting Sankardev Kalakshetra Science Museum that symbolizes diversified ethnic diversity of Assam.
- The War Memorial, a small park in Uzan Bazaar, is located just across from the Assam Museum. This is in honour of the brave martyrs who gave their life for the country.
- Local markets visit would suffice for the evening
- Later, check in at your hotel in Guwahati.

- Delay in arrival due to many reasons including flight reschedules shall have to inform to us at an earliest and in case of any sightseeing spot missed due to any delay including spending more time in one sightseeing spot, will not be refundable.
- Kajaawa will provide accommodation as per the hotels in the list and in case the listed hotels cannot be provided for any reason like unavailability, scheduled or general maintenance, accident at the hotel, risky road conditions due to bad weather or political disturbance, similar hotels will be provided and you will be informed about the changes in advance.
- In Deluxe and Premium Tour Packages, we will generally arrange Deluxe and Premium Hotels but in interior places, we will arrange Homestays, Guest Houses or Standard Hotels as Deluxe and Premium accommodations may not be available in the interiors for any reason.
- In case of any unforeseen situations which are beyond our control including bad weather conditions, political disturbance etc., we may change your itinerary or dates of travel.
- Travellers may have to bear additional expenses in case of natural calamity including situations like changes in the hotel, changes in tour date etc.
Confirmation Policy
- You have to pay 50% of the total tour cost at the time of booking.
- After paying 50% you will receive an invoice of your payment and also booking confirmation details containing your detailed travel itinerary and hotel information.
Cancellation Policy
- 25% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 30 days before the tour starts.
- 50% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 15-30 days before the tour starts.
- 100% of the total cost, if the tour is cancelled 0-15 days before the tour starts.
Payment Policy
- 100% of the tour cost has to be paid 1 (one) week before the tour starts.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7(seven) business days in the customer’s bank account.
